Syndicated Finance

The Syndicated Finance team was established in early 2006. The team is led by Paul McKenna and operates via teams in London, UK and Stamford, CT, USA.  The team focuses on the underwriting, syndication and co-ordination of senior and subordinated debt to support private equity clients of the Leveraged Finance Group as well as customers of the Corporate Banking sectorial teams.
