Our Corporate Relationship Managers are supported by a highly experienced team of customer operations managers from our Customer Relationship Management team, all working closely to ensure a smooth customer experience and to realise opportunities for successful growth and expansion. Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking is unique in that it is the only Corporate bank in Ireland with a specific Customer Relationship Management team dedicated to Corporate customers. With staff based in both Dublin and Belfast, each Corporate customer is assigned a specific Customer Relationship Management contact.

This dedicated contact is available to support customers with all aspects of their operational banking requirements. Whether it’s opening a new account, transaction support, credit card assistance or any other operational support, our unique Customer Relationship Management model is designed to assist customers efficiently through the process.
