Bi-lateral debt support to CPL Industries Group Limited
Bank of Ireland’s Corporate team in Northern England has provided €10,000,000 bi-lateral stock and debtor structured facilities to CPL Fuels Ireland Ltd, the Irish subsidiary of CPL Industries Group Limited (“CPL”), supporting its significant growth prospects.
CPL, the parent company, is based in Northern England and is the largest producer of solid fuel smokeless briquettes in Europe. Ireland is a significant growth market for the Group following recent legislative changes and investment in a new manufacturing plant. The Group also has international trade in France and Germany.
