Bank of Ireland supports Restore plc with the acquisition of TNT Records Management and the refinancing of its senior debt facility
Bank of Ireland’s Business Services team has provided a five year senior debt facility to Restore plc, as part of a four bank lending group, to support the acquisition of TNT Records Management Ltd and the refinancing of Restore plc’s existing facilities.
Restore plc is a leading provider of office and workplace services in the UK, including document storage, shredding, scanning, commercial and workplace relocation and IT relocation.
Led by a strong management team, Restore plc was awarded Company of the Year by AIM in 2016.
Commenting on the transaction, Joanna Madden, Director of Business Services at Bank of Ireland said “We are delighted to have supported Restore plc with its largest ever acquisition and are looking forward to developing a strong partnership with management over the years to come”.
