Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking is delighted to have acted as Original Co-Ordinating Bank, Joint Mandated Lead Arranger and Agent for Origin Enterprises Plc (“Origin”) in the recent amend and extend of their debt facilities.
Origin operates across Ireland, UK, Europe and Latin America as a leading provider of integrated agronomy services and strategic inputs that supports the delivery of sustainable and profitable food production solutions for primary producers.
The successful execution of the transaction resulted in Origin securing long term debt funding, improved maturity profile and support to underpin their financial and sustainability plans for their next phase of growth across their key markets.
