Bank of Ireland’s North of England team has, for the first time, participated in a five year committed multi-currency revolving credit facility for PZ Cussons plc – Group (“PZC”). PZC is aiming to consolidate and maintain its market leading positions, grow its portfolio of brands and continue to develop organic growth opportunities.
PZC is a long established North West Corporate incorporated in 1884. Its core businesses are the manufacture and distribution of personal and home care as well as food and nutrition products. PZC boasts a diverse range of internationally recognised consumer goods manufactured and marketed across a wide geography. Many of their established brands are among the leading names in the market, including Imperial Leather, Carex, Original Source and St Tropez.
