Belfield Office Campus consists of a 292,000 Sq. ft. office park spread across eight buildings at Donnybrook, Dublin 4 including 794 parking spaces. The location of the office campus provides strategic access to the adjacent University College Dublin and is only a short distance into Dublin city centre. The tenant profile at the campus includes prime covenants such as Paddy Power Betfair, Skillsoft, Life Scientific, Vodafone and OPW.
