Bank of Ireland supports Staffline Group plc, the market leading Recruitment and Training group, with the refinancing of its senior debt facility.
Bank of Ireland’s Business Services team has provided a £16m RCF commitment to Staffline, as part of a three bank lending-group, in a new four year £120m senior debt facility, to support the refinance of its existing facility.
Staffline is the market leading provider of flexible blue-collar workers supplying over 60,000 workers per day to 1,500 clients. It operates from over 400 locations in UK, Éire and Poland. The Group is also the UK’s leading provider of adult skills and training.
Mike Watts, CFO of Staffline Group plc, said: “We are delighted that Bank of Ireland has supported Staffline and have joined our banking group”.
This sentiment was echoed by Stuart Russell, Head of Business Services at Bank of Ireland, saying: “We are delighted to be working with Staffline and very much look forward to developing a strong relationship with the management team as they transform and grow the business”.
