Bank of Ireland’s Media team is part of a newly formed four-bank club providing senior debt facilities to Huntsworth plc.
Founded in 1983, Huntsworth is an international healthcare communications and public relations group operating from 57 principal offices in 27 countries. With the healthcare sector at its core, the Group also operates in the consumer, financial, public affairs, and technology sectors. The business has grown both organically and by acquisition in recent years with significant operations in North America.
Commenting on the transaction, Geoff Marchant, Head of The Bank of Ireland Media team said, ‘Huntsworth is a business we have tracked for some time and we are delighted to be involved as part of the banking group’.
Neil Jones, CFO of Huntsworth PLC commented, ‘The new arrangements provide us with appropriate flexibility to assist us in delivering on our strategic goals and we look forward to working with the new banking group and are pleased to have Bank of Ireland on board’.
