The Manchester based Corporate Banking team is delighted to further enhance its relationship with South Staffordshire plc Group, providing a term extension of bilateral facilities. The borrower involves a regulated water company and other sector leading non-regulated businesses.
Among the businesses involved is South Staffordshire Water plc – a long established business that supplies water to 1.6m customers in a wide geography covering South Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire. The Group has four key businesses including the regulated water only supply business and 3 other divisions, all of which have a strong emphasis on quality of customer service and cost effective delivery.
